New Patient Registration 

The Bridgepoint Family Health Team is not a walk-in clinic, all patients must be registered to book an appointment.

Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting new patient registrations, with the exception of newborns of existing patients. Parents of newborns can find more information here.

We do not have the capacity to open a waiting list at this time. We will reopen registrations once we have sufficient capacity to register with a family doctor. If you are looking for a family physician, you can register with the Ministry of Health with their Health Care Connect program or by calling 811.
